**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding mobile devices and accessories that best suit their needs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist with in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage inventory effectively, including restocking shelves and organizing products to maintain a neat and attractive display.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and friendly manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone trends, technologies, and industry updates to provide knowledgeable service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, specifically within the mobile phone industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic understanding of mobile technology, smartphones, and accessories.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
