Are you an experienced carpenter looking to take on rewarding projects in a professional and supportive team?

Matchett Constructions is a growing, family-run building company in Toowoomba specialising in custom new homes, large-scale renovations, and extensions. We are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our crew as we deliver high-quality projects across the region.

About the Role
  • Hands-on carpentry across a variety of projects, including renovations, extensions, and new home builds
  • Work with a professional team of builders, apprentices, and subcontractors
  • Opportunity to take on responsibility for aspects of site management and mentoring apprentices
  • Full-time role with competitive rates, consistent hours, and long-term opportunities
About You
  • Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in residential construction, particularly renovations and custom builds
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Driver's licence, tools, and White Card required
