Your new role

As Visual Merchandising Project Manager, you will lead permanent fixture projects and retail environment executions across ANZ. You'll manage end-to-end delivery from design interpretation to installation, ensuring every build reflects brand vision and marketing strategy. This includes supplier coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Translate global VM guidelines into local retail environments
  • Manage timelines from brief to installation and post-project reporting
  • Coordinate suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage purchase orders
  • Approve technical drawings and prototype samples
  • Plan and oversee installation schedules and logistics
  • Conduct site visits pre- and post-installation to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain budget trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Present project progress and learnings in marketing forums
  • Support long-term planning including CAPEX forecasting and fixture refresh cycles

What you'll need to succeed


• 3–6 years' experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Design within beauty or FMCG


• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite


• Knowledge of retail construction and technical drawings


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
