Property Plumbing and Gas has been established for over 12-years providing Maintenance Plumbing services to the real estate, public and Public Housing sectors. We have an opening for a full time and casual maintenance plumber. The casual opening is with work from 2-5 days a week or if fly in/out suit plumbers when are on an off FIFO swing.

Position(s)

Contract Maintenance Plumber and Gas fitter

Job Scope

  • General Plumbing Maintenance
  • Blocked drains
  • Hot water installation and general gas works
  • Std Toilet/taps Repairs
  • Basic refurbishments like new sinks/hotplates etc.

Applicants

  • Need a Plumbing and Gas Trade Licence or Contractors Licence (WA)
  • Residential Maintenance plumbing experience is essential.
  • WA Drivers Licence and Police clearance
  • Customer focus as a priority, neat and tidy presentation

Support

We have a good team and structure to support our employees. As much as possible we let our plumbers do plumbing work and our office staff/systems look after the administration. We have schedulers and technology that allow for simple communication and apps on phones to support the infield plumbers. Plumbers are not required to do business development but just provide the highest possible plumbing Maintenance.

Our Plumbers are equipped with access to our team and Operations Manager that will help support and train you as per your experience levels. You will be working with an extremely experienced and knowledgeable team who will support you as and if needed.
