Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and governance? Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced transformation environment? My client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assurance Analyst to support the successful delivery of a major programme of work.

About the Role

As an Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring program compliance with Delivery Frameworks including key governance artefacts and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management. You'll play a critical role in identifying risks, auditing program deliverables, and driving continuous improvement across key initiatives and sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and assessments of program processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Support Initiative and sub-project gating reviews through the preparation and assessment of governance artefacts.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of corrective actions.

  • Ensure quality and compliance across all program outputs in collaboration with project and program leadership.

  • Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations on assurance findings and recommendations.

  • Operationalise governance policies in alignment with the Delivery Framework.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of assurance measures and continuous improvements.

  • Ensure complete coverage of RAID items and governance artefacts in all reviews.

  • Contribute to the development of internal and external assurance strategies.

  • Perform other duties as required in support of the broader program.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance within large programs or transformation initiatives.

  • Experience conducting audits or quality assurance in a project or program delivery context.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
