What You'll Do:

Step into a role where every day matters. You'll support individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy. From daily living assistance to social inclusion and skill-building, your impact will be felt — and appreciated.

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, AIN or equivalent.
  • Experience in support work (a bonus, but not essential).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • NSW Driver's License.
  • Valid checks: Working with Children, National Police (within 3 months), NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 10kg unassisted.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
