Exciting times ahead We're searching for a Licensee Supervisor to be part of our upcoming events team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) in relevant states.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, including coordinating staff, managing crowds, and handling high-pressure situations
  • Strong understanding of liquor licensing laws, responsible service practices, and venue compliance obligations
  • Comfortable liaising with Liquor Licensing Police and stakeholders.
  • Experience in bar operations management, including stock control, cash handling, and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays on an ad-hoc basis

  • Excellent leadership and staff management skills, with ability to supervise and motivate teams in fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, security, and staff
  • High attention to detail, particularly regarding safety, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent the business with clients and stakeholders
