Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Brisbane, QLD, for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, facilitating staff performance evaluations, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The role also involves implementing and enhancing employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting strategic growth objectives within the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Experience in performance management and employee relations
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role; experience in the health, wellness, or technology industry is a plus
