The company:A dynamic and growing company passionate about providing electrical and telecommunications solutions to its clients from a variety of industries, i.e. renewable energy, water & wastewater, power generation & transmission, etc The role:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and supporting the Project Management team, you will be responsible for the administration of established contracts for clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing contract advice and support to the project teams, including reviewing terms and conditions for client purchase orders and contracts, assisting with negotiating contracts, etc
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of contract management plans
  • Identifying, managing and advising on commercial and contractual risks
  • Maintaining the project's contractual and commercial records
  • Day-to-day management and administration of client and subcontractor contracts
  • Providing support and advice to project managers regarding any disputes or claims
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Attending meetings and providing reports
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The person:

You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, enjoy supporting a team and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Along with a high attention to detail, you can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.  An intermediate level of MS Office Suite, i.e. Word and Excel, is a must. 

A qualification in Business, Commercial Law, Building or related discipline, i.e. Project Management, will be highly regarded.
