Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Apprentice or Qualified Estate Agent, located in Waterford. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as managing property listings, conducting viewings, liaising with clients, and assisting with property valuations. The Estate Agent will also handle inquiries, negotiate sales, and ensure a seamless purchasing or letting process for clients. The candidate will collaborate closely with the team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
  • PSRA registration or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience in real estate is a plus but not required
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
