Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Engineering Manager will oversee all engineering operations across the business, leading a high-performing team in the design, development and delivery of mechanical systems. The role has a strong focus on projects within the Defence and Mining sectors, as well as the delivery of essential infrastructure for Water and Wastewater industries. It combines strategic oversight, technical depth and people leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, with at least ten years of engineering experience including five years in a leadership capacity. You will bring proven experience in Mining and/or Defence projects, along with an understanding of mechanical systems design and fabrication. Demonstrated success leading teams, managing high-value projects and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential. PE certification (or equivalent) and proficiency in engineering tools such as CAD and PDM/PLM systems will be highly regarded and you will also be a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
