What You'll Do
A great opportunity has become available to join our People and Culture Team as a Remuneration Adviser within the Remuneration & Benefits Team. This role reports directly to the Manager Remuneration and is involved in key Remuneration & Benefits projects and programs throughout the year.
This role will suit anyone interested in learning more about how Santos reward our staff and the work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure we continue to provide industry leading remuneration and benefits programs to the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of The Role Include
Supporting the Global Remuneration & Benefits annual programs including,
- Annual Salary Review
- STI and Executive LTI
- Global Employee Share Plan
Additionally,
- Assisting with Administration of external providers ie Toyota Fleet Management, Computershare etc
- Assisting with preparation of salary survey submissions and analysis of the results
- Providing support in the preparation of remuneration proposals
- Supporting the delivery of Remuneration & Benefits projects
- Assisting with preparation of expatriate package build-ups
- Data analysis and periodic reporting
What You'll Bring
The successful candidate will come with a keen interest in Human Resources, ideally with experience in Human Resources, remuneration and/or performance related discipline. The role requires someone who can display a great level of confidentiality.
This role will suit someone with advanced data analysis skills whilst displaying strong stakeholder engagement. Financial or employment taxes experience would be beneficial.
