Are you passionate about supporting people to live safely and independently in their community? West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking Occupational Therapists (Grade 1 or Grade 2) to join our dynamic Community & Allied Health Team.
In this diverse and rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services to clients across West Gippsland through both home visits and centre-based assessments. You will be responsible for functional assessments, developing and implementing client-centred care plans, prescribing equipment, and facilitating interventions across a range of Commonwealth and State Government funding streams, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Opportunities to design and lead group programs may also form part of your role.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll be encouraged to use a strength-based approach that empowers clients, maximises independence, and enhances quality of life. As a Grade 1, you will receive supervision and guidance from experienced clinicians, while a Grade 2 will independently manage a complex caseload, provide supervision to junior staff, and contribute to leadership within the team.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that values professional development, teamwork, and evidence-based practice — while making a meaningful impact on the lives of people in your community.

- Previous clinical experience in a Community Health setting and/or NDIS
- Experience completing assessments and interventions in client homes
IMPORTANT:Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
