We are seeking a dedicated sales professional with a passion for insurance to join our NSW team.

The role

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify mortgage brokers who want to ensure their customers are protected against life's risks and offer our solutions. The role requires a proactive sales and dynamic approach to driving success within the mortgage broker network.

  • High level of motivation, self-discipline and ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, train and mentor others to achieve their goals
  • Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand broker's and customer's needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Energy, drive and tenacity to succeed
  • Passion for protecting Australian home and property buyers from life's risks.
