Eagers Automotive is on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Brand Manager to lead multiple brands at Automall Aspley — Brisbane's northside hub for innovation, energy, and exceptional automotive experiences.

About the Role

As Brand Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, sales performance, and customer experience for a portfolio of Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, GMSV, and potentially more within two large showroom spaces at Automall Aspley.

Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you'll lead a talented team, ensure brand consistency, drive profitability, and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This is a role where commercial acumen meets hands-on leadership — and where you'll play a key part in shaping the success of multiple leading brands under one roof.


What You'll Do


• Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple brands across two showrooms.

• Collaborate closely with the Group General Manager to drive sales and customer experience excellence.

• Analyse performance metrics and implement proactive strategies to achieve growth targets.

• Develop and execute brand initiatives that increase market share and strengthen OEM relationships.

• Maintain compliance with all manufacturer, regulatory, and group standards.

• Lead, coach, and develop sales and management teams to perform at their peak.

• Promote a high-performance, customer-first culture that aligns with Eagers Automotive's values.

• Champion a safety-first workplace and foster inclusivity, integrity, and teamwork.

• Collaborate across departments — finance, marketing, aftersales — to ensure brand alignment and operational synergy.


About You

You're a confident leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven ability to deliver results. You know how to inspire teams, manage complexity, and balance operational detail with strategic thinking.

You'll bring:

• Proven success in a brand, sales, or dealership management role within the automotive industry.

• Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and financial reporting.

• Exceptional analytical ability and proficiency in business systems (ERA experience advantageous).

• High-level communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

• A commercial mindset — balancing customer experience with profitability.

• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to market trends and opportunities.

• A genuine enthusiasm for all things automotive — from everyday models to high-performance machines.
