At CHEP, we move millions of pallets, crates, and containers every day to support supply chains across the globe. Now, we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team at our high-performing Direk Service Centre.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of Fitters & Electricians in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
• Own and optimise our Maintenance Management System.
• Deliver a proactive preventative maintenance program that keeps our equipment running smoothly.
• Dive into data diagnostics to uncover trends and drive smarter maintenance decisions.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Champion safety, automation, and continuous improvement across the site.
   

What You'll Bring

• A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a production or industrial setting.
• Strong working knowledge of MEX or similar CMMS.
• Experience with automated systems (a bonus).
• A flexible, can-do attitude suited to a 24-hour site.
• A passion for data, problem-solving, and leading by example.
