We're currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced, Enrolled Nurse /Disability Support Workers to join our team to support a high needs participant who requires that extra care. This role is available as casual or permanent.

About the Role

You will initially be supporting a participant to live their best life with future opportunities to support our other participants.

Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster is essential including passive & active 'sleepovers'.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Enrolled Nurse qualification
  • NDIS Workers Screening Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Driver's License
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Medication Certificate
  • Manual Handling Training and Certificate
  • Right to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (within last 3 years)
  • Infection Control Training

Desired Skills and Attributes

We are looking for individuals who are/have:

  • Certificate III in Disability Services, or equivalent to Community Services (desirable)
  • Passionate about supporting people with disabilities and committed to person-centred care
  • Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively to participants' diverse needs
  • Strong communicators in English with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Collaborative team players who are motivated to grow and contribute within a supportive organisation
  • Flexible and reliable, with the willingness to work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including passive and active sleepovers
