Clinical Nurse – Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your aged care career?
About the Role:
As the Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the Facility Manager and the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and monitoring of clinical governance and care standards
- Providing clinical leadership and support to the care team
- Assisting with resident care and complex clinical needs as required
- Supporting NQIP reporting and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Contributing to staff development, mentoring, and education
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care or a similar clinical role
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, care planning, and quality systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
- NDIS Clearance and current police check
