About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team at Concrete One Constructions Pty Ltd in Albury, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. As the Concrete Boom Pump Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the concrete boom pump, ensuring the smooth and timely completion of concrete pours.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate the concrete boom pump in a safe and efficient manner to deliver concrete to designated locations on construction sites
  2. Ensure the concrete boom pump is properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer's specifications
  3. Communicate effectively with the site supervisor, project manager and other construction team members to coordinate concrete pours
  4. Monitor the concrete flow and make adjustments to the boom as needed to ensure consistent delivery
  5. Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and guidelines
  6. Participate in regular training and upskilling to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator in the construction industry
  2. Possession of a valid High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for the operation of a concrete boom pump
  3. Demonstrated ability to operate concrete boom pumps in a safe and efficient manner
  4. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the maintenance and servicing of construction equipment
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other construction personnel
  6. Commitment to workplace health and safety regulations and procedures
