About the Role
- As a Resident Mobility Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' physical wellbeing and quality of life.
- Working alongside our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Wellbeing Consultants, you'll help residents engage in meaningful movement and achieve their reablement goals.
- From one-on-one support to group activities, you'll assist residents in accessing indoor and outdoor spaces, participating in events, and building social connections that enrich their daily lives.
What You'll Need
- Possess a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Health & Leisure or Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
- The ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents and staff
