A mobile security patrol is a security service provided by security officers travelling to multiple sites physically distant from one another, within a defined period of time and using a company vehicle. A response to a security alarm, security incident, escorts, premises unlocks or lockups also form a regular part of the role.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and attitude, reflecting high standards.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to collective security success.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Showcase efficiency, reporting skills, and dedication to policies.
  • Adaptability: Possess the flexibility to meet scheduled deadlines while also being the first response to alarm activations in the area.
  • Onsite Presence: Conduct thorough and consistent patrols, ensuring a resilient security presence that prioritizes the safety in the area. Respond to incidents and alarm activations with a strategic security-focused approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Maintain frequent communication with residents and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring their peace of mind.
  • Personal Presentation: Demonstrate a high level of personal presentation and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Initiative & Independence: Proactively identify and address potential security issues before they escalate. While you will have the assistance of a Supervisor, this role includes of independence and self management.
  • Commitment: Show unwavering dedication to the safety and security of the community and its residents.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Licences and Certifications: Hold a current SA Security Officers Licence, full SA Driver's License, and valid First Aid Certificate. White card also mandatory
  • Training: Full training specific to patrols provided for successful candidates.
  • Work Rights: Must have full Australian work rights.
  • Preferred Experience: Patrol experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Fitness and Character: Physical and mental fitness, good character, and ability to communicate in a collaborative team environment.
  • Competency: Basic skills in Mathematics & English. Frequent report writing and communication with external team members necessary.
