Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, working knowledge of SQL, and hands-on exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision-making by designing analytical reports, maintaining ERP data integrity, developing custom apps for internal process optimization, and automating workflows to improve efficiency across business functions.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel-based dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Use advanced Excel features such as Power Query, PivotTables, VBA/macros, data validation, and complex formulas to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with business users to design and build custom Power Apps for internal process automation and digital transformation.
• Support the integration of Power Apps with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams for end-to-end workflow solutions.
• Perform ERP system data maintenance and validation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across key business systems.
• Clean, transform, and analyse data from various sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct data quality checks and reconciliation, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of current business processes.
• Prepare and present findings, trends, and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

What you will need to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, formulas, dashboards, VBA/macros).
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, including app design and data source integration.
• Exposure to SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing structured data.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
