The role

TerraWest Landscapes is seeking a senior landscaper / hardscaper that has strong experience in the installation of paving & retaining walls. We are looking for a motivated individual with high professional standards that is able to lead a small team(s) on residential landscaping projects.

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality workmanship, a high standard of customer service and a supportive and enjoyable culture for our staff.

What we offer

  • Full time role paid on an hourly basis (Overtime available)
  • Market leading rates ($45 to $55 per hour + super) based on experience
  • Opportunity to lead a small team(s) working on a diverse range of landscaping projects

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Landscaper / Hardscaper
  • Key skills and experience required in paving and retaining walls
  • Optional skills - stone, decking, turf installation, retic & garden design
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be physically fit and able to manage outdoor manual work
  • A current driver's licence
  • Willingness to adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Someone that shows initiative, is positive, and demonstrates a problem solving attitude
