Yogurberry Australia is the country's first self-serve frozen yogurt brand, with 30 stores across NSW and ACT. We're committed to delivering premium quality, excellent service, and consistent brand standards across our franchise network.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Franchise Operations Associate to join our team. This entry-level role reports directly to the Area Manager and plays a key part in supporting our franchise partners with operational performance, training, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with store staff, managers, and franchise partners
  • Support franchisees in resolving store operation-related concerns
  • Conduct regular store visitations and follow-up training sessions
  • Identify and coach underperforming stores to meet brand standards
  • Deliver hands-on customer service training for new franchise stores prior to launch

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a training AND team leader background
  • Passionate about customer service and operational excellence
  • Confident communicator who can lead by example
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple store relationships
  • Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel for store visits across NSW/ACT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $76,000.00 per year
