About the role
Become part of the MowGrowMow team as a full-time Gardener based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the beautiful gardens and landscapes for our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your green thumb and passion for horticulture in a rewarding work environment. Salary negotiable based on skills, knowledge and experience. Work vehicle supplied.
IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE.
What you'll be doing
- Perform a variety of gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing, hedging, pruning, weed control, planting and mulching.
- Maintain the health and appearance of lawns and gardens.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Identify and address any pest or disease issues in the gardens.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in weed and pest spraying.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar horticultural role.
- Strong knowledge of gardening maintenance techniques, as well as plant identification and their care requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transportation. Full Australian working rights.
