About the role

Become part of the MowGrowMow team as a full-time Gardener based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the beautiful gardens and landscapes for our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your green thumb and passion for horticulture in a rewarding work environment. Salary negotiable based on skills, knowledge and experience. Work vehicle supplied.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform a variety of gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing, hedging, pruning, weed control, planting and mulching.
2. Maintain the health and appearance of lawns and gardens.
3. Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently
4. Identify and address any pest or disease issues in the gardens.
5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
6. Experience in weed and pest spraying.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar horticultural role.
2. Strong knowledge of gardening maintenance techniques, as well as plant identification and their care requirements.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
6. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
7. Current driver's licence and reliable transportation. Full Australian working rights.
