About The Role: You'll be trained to perform soil and concrete testing on construction sites and in our NATA-accredited laboratory. You'll learn to use specialist equipment, follow test methods, and help deliver accurate results that support major land development and infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Enjoyment of practical, hands-on work in both indoor & outdoor environments
  • A proactive attitude and ability to follow procedures
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to working safely
  • The ability to work early starts and some overtime if needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Construction Safety (White Card) or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check
