Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adelaide, SA, for Room Attendant at UNIVERSAL CLEAN. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas. Daily tasks will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all room amenities are in proper working condition. The Room Attendant will also report any maintenance issues to the management and respond promptly to guest requests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping and room cleaning
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift items when necessary
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
