We started with a simple vision – to ensure all pets and their owners have an elegant, caring and supported end of life journey. We experienced first hand just how stressful and overwhelming a pet's passing can be. So, we set out to fix it.

We've built an entirely online end of life planning experience, supported by a team of compassionate and empathetic veterinarians providing home euthanasia services that reflect the love and care that has been present throughout a pets life - backed by over 800 of 5 star reviews We are making a real difference and we are proud of it. We want like-minded people to join us for the ride.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an exceptional customer support specialist to join our team.

Job Purpose

  • Supporting pet parents with quality of life conversations and providing guidance at this impactful moment in their journey
  • Making arrangements for home euthanasia and pet cremation services
  • Contributing to our vision to change the way pets and pet parents experience end of life

Job Duties

  • Managing a high volume of customer phone calls with empathy and care
  • Communicating with internal veterinary teams and external veterinary service providers
  • Recording information accurately and managing multiple online systems

Skills Required

  • Ideally you will be a qualified Vet Nurse or Practice Manager looking for a change from clinic life but still wanting to make an impact on the lives of pets and their owners
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and comfortable working in a remote environment. You must be able to mult-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • You will be an excellent communicator and highly organised to make the best use of your time

This is a remote role and you must be comfortable to work from home with excellent internet connection.

This is a permanent part time position starting with a minimum of 30hrs per week with an opportunity to increase for the right person. We have availability for an immediate start.

Rotating weekend work will be required.
