About the role

As Corporate Finance Manager, you'll lead critical financial functions across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance; helping shape strategic decisions that drive organisational success. In this high-impact leadership position, you'll be the key link between the CFO and the finance team, translating strategic vision into operational execution while ensuring clarity, collaboration, and accountability at every level.

  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes aligned with strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, taxation, and statutory reporting obligations, maintaining financial transparency and accountability
  • Manage treasury and cash flow functions, develop risk minimisation plans, and provide financial insights to support long-term business decisions
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and financial advisors to strengthen the organisation's financial position
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative success

About you

  • Over 7 years' experience in senior finance roles within high-revenue organisations, including 5+ years leading finance teams
  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with full CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or IPA membership
  • Deep technical knowledge of AASB, IFRS, corporate tax, GST, FBT, and financial governance frameworks
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Oracle), with advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capabilities
  • A strategic, analytical thinker who leads with integrity, inspires teams, and delivers impactful results in fast-paced or regulated environments
