The opportunity:My client are seeking their next Partner in the immediate to short-term. They are flexible to mold the role around you and your strengths, but their ideal is someone who can be ready to take on Partnership responsibilities in the immediate/short-term as one Partner is looking to retire and is ready to transition the clients to you.
This could be suited to an ambitious rising star who is knowing on the door of Partnership or an established Partner of a Business Services/Advisory or Private Clients division.
There is enough quality work to keep anyone very happy.
The ideal person:
- Use your staff management experience to help you hit the ground running with directing your team. If you have managed a division or business, you could use these skills to help you with the management of this firm.
- You will have managed a large client portfolio as their go-to person and accounting advisor.
- You do not need to have fees to follow you as they have plenty of work as it is, but if you do, you can use this to help your buy in.
- You will ideally have had experience with new business development and can show your capability to do this going forward as well.
- Technically strong accountant with experience managing complex work.
- Ideally you will be a qualified accountant.
The salary:
As well as a very competitive Partner salary, you will have the opportunity to earn significant dividends at a very profitable firm in the short-term to dramatically increase your total income.
I expect what you earn in dividends here will be worth more than your Partner salary
