Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Para Broker at Azura Financial in Double Bay, NSW. The Para Broker will be responsible for assisting clients with credit advisory, financial planning, and brokering services for residential property transactions. Tasks include liaising with clients, conducting financial assessments, developing financing solutions, and managing loan applications. They will not be required to generate leads but more so manage new leads coming in a smooth and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Financial Analysis, Credit Advisory, and Financial Planning skills
  • Loan Structuring expertise
  • Self employed & PAYG lending experience is a must
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Residential Property Markets
  • Experience in Mortgage Brokering or Finance Industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Attention to detail and Strong Analytical skills
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Mortgage Broker License) are a plus
