We design, fabricate, and assemble innovative packaging solutions used across the food, beverage, and manufacturing sectors. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking motivated and experienced tradespeople to join our growing team.

Welder – Full-Time

Salary Range: $76,000 to $85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

· Interpret technical drawings and fabricate to specification.

· Cut, bend, and shape metal using saws, presses, and grinders.

· Weld and join components using MIG and TIG techniques.

· Assemble machinery parts and ensure that the finished product is accurate, functional and meets the required specifications.

· Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently

· Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet industry standards

· Assist in general workshop duties and machine assembly when required

Skills & Experience:

· Trade qualification in welding desirable

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including 3D CAD production drawings

· Expertise in welding techniques and procedures including MIG and TIG

· Proficient in stainless steel and mild steel welding and fabrication

· Mechanically minded and attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent time management

Machinist – Full-Time

Salary Range: $76,000 to $85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain lathe and mill machines both CNC and manual.

· Review drawings and instructions to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations

· Set up prescribed cutting and shaping tools and dies in machines and presses

· Select appropriate machine and settings for a given task.

· Fit fabricated metal parts into products.

· Plan job sequences and monitor production.

· Monitors production, adjusts feed and other settings as necessary

· Identify need for and performs machine maintenance and repairs on mechanical parts.

Skills & Experience:

· Trade qualification in machining or CNC operations

· Demonstrated experience as machinist/CNC Operator

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics

· Excellent time management skills and ability to manage own work

· Ability to work independently and meet production targets

· Strong understanding of machining tolerances and materials

General Fitter – Full-Time

Salary Range: $76,000 to $90,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and assemble mechanical components of packaging machinery

· Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems

· Identify worn/faulty mechanical components and equipment

· Perform repairs on worn/faulty mechanical components and equipment

· Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet build schedules

· Perform routine maintenance and workshop tasks

Skills & Experience:

· Trade qualification in mechanical fitting or equivalent

· Experience in machinery assembly or maintenance

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics

· Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

· Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
