TRJ Engineering was established 50 years ago and is a large fabrication company that does work in a variety of fields. In their facility in Hallam, they have divisions for council, trucking, earth moving, retail and general engineering

With 40 staff and fabricating products Australia wide, we are looking to add another team-oriented staff member to our already existing strong team

We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill the role of a Store man

You will have the following skill set:

● Forklift License

● Driver's License

● Computer skills, outlook, excel, word

● Crane experience an advantage

Position Summary:

The role of the store man is to ensure that materials, and goods delivered by suppliers are unloaded, inspected, receipted, and put away in their correct areas in a timely manner as required.

Loading of TRJ Engineering truck for daily delivery runs

Manage and oversee, as a part of TRJs quality system, parts purchased.

Make sure that the parts are inspected and to the quality required to both TRJ and client's requirements.

Manage TRJ delivery & pick up service, and dispatch processes.

Manage material stock allocation

Order and receipting of gas deliveries

● Checking Test certificates and filing

● Daily review all purchases emails

● Entering and allocating materials into stock

● Receipt delivery dockets

● Allocating parts to jobs in our 'Workplan' ERP system

● Following up suppliers and overdue PO's

● Keep storeroom safe and tidy

● Labeling materials

● Stock take and inventory management

● Ordering gas

● Forklift operation

● Preparing parts for jobs from stock

● Use and follow a scheduled calendar with allocated tasks
