campuses.

Our classes run after school on weekdays and on weekends and would be ideal for a current school teacher or a postgraduate student (MTeach, PhDc) who is looking to for extra casual working hours or is considering stepping away from schools and would like to try teaching in a new environment

You will have the opportunity work with a fun and talented team in a beautifully resourced campus with fantastic classroom resources.

Minimal lesson preparation is required as
lessons and resources are prepared for you
.

What you'll do...

  • Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the academic term.
  • Ongoing monitoring of student's academic progress through marking weekly essay submissions.
  • Flagging of struggling students to academic team leaders for additional academic mentoring.

What you'll need...

  • Possess a genuine passion for teaching.
  • Previous experience teaching secondary English in a classroom setting.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the current NESA curriculum in stage 4, 5 and 6 English.
  • Have completed their degree in Education, Arts, Philosophy or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate studies in the above listed disciplines will be highly regarded.
