- Store Manager Position -

Location:  Fitzroy Store

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon - Friday) + 3 hours maximum overtime weekly

Salary: 75K Annual Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities: Collaborate with the supervisors and oversee day to day store operations including receiving orders, managing inventory, stacking shelves, customer service, cash register etc.
• Inventory Control: Conduct stock take across dry/chilled/frozen products regularly and create daily store orders.
• Staff Roster: Roster a team of 15 to 20 staff across 7 days of operation, and managing time and attendance.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety regulations are strictly complied within the store.
• Team Management and training: Mentor, guide, motivate, and train new and existing staff members to optimize store performance, and to ensure an efficient working environment.
• Hiring: Hiring new staff and conduct interviews to execute seamless store operations.
• Merchandising: Continuously seeking new store layouts and create effective merchandising strategies to optimize store space and maximize sales and profitability.
• Communication: Always have a clear communication between team members, stores, warehouse, and to the office team to ensure effective work environment and minimize miscommunication.
• Banking: Manage bank deposits and safe transfer of money, and oversee cash flow.
• Sales: Achieve sales target and manage controllable costs.
  
  Customer Service: Provide and maintain exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating repeat customers (handle customer's inquiries and resolve issue efficiently).

Requirements:

• Demonstrated management/leadership experience with at least 10 team members for at least 3 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers and associated software such as POS, Google Drive, Excel, Deputy, etc.
• Problem-solving skills and high level of attention to details
• Strong communication skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-pasted environment
• Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Store Supervisor Position -

Location:  Footscray Store

Employment Type: Casual

Hours: 30-38 hours per week (Flexible availability - including weekends and public holidays - is required.)

Base Hourly: $35.15

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational goals and play a key role in leading the store team
• Supervise store operations and lead the team on weekends or during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring the smooth running of the store
• Manage stock control and inventory accuracy
• Oversee product displays and merchandising to create an attractive and effective store layout
• Coordinate communication with the office, warehouse, and other store branches
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Assist in training new team members
