Our Bayside located venue; Brown Cow Hampton is still on the hunt for the right senior person to join our Summer team as we come into the busy season. We have proudly established ourselves as a go to destination in the area. Open all day for breakfast, lunch & dinner the venue is a place where people come in for a drink or a bite to eat, whatever time of the day.

We pride ourselves in exceptional service with food and beverage to match and are looking to continue this success with the appointment of a hands on Duty Manager in either a part time or full time position.

About the role:

We are seeking a hands on, lead by example, energetic individual to join an amazing team ready to take on a new challenge. You will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards and structures already in place to continue our quest to deliver a fantastic dining experience or run one of our many functions as we come in to silly season. As part of our management team, you will also be responsible for organising the day to day service of the venue, the up skill and continuous training of staff as well as sharing operational responsibilities.

Skills and experience required:

MINIMUM 2-3 Years experience in a senior role in a high volume, fast paced venue. The ability to confidently coordinate the day to day restaurant operations. Work efficiently and priorities tasks. Provide a positive guest experience and prior knowledge in the opening and closing procedures of a venue.
