About the role

Real Steel Group is seeking applicants for the role of Spray Painter to join our team, in our high-end industrial workshop. The successful applicant will be responsible for the application of high-performance coatings on our in-house manufactured components. The position is based in Queanbeyan, NSWand plays a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing surfaces and applying high-performance coatings to machined components
  • Working with detailed paint standards and specifications
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Maintenance of workshop equipment

What we're looking for

  • Spray painter with close attention to detail
  • Colour matching experience
  • Ability to complete required quality assurance documentation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
