We are looking for a new barista to join our crew

We are looking for an experienced barista that is familiar with speciality coffee and has great communication skills to join the coffee Hit family. Ideally with at least 2 years cafe experience or similar.

The role:

  • producing great coffee in a consistent and timely manner
  • great customer service skills
  • high presentation standards
  • preparing and serving basic cafe food
  • keeping up cleaning standards
  • working together as a team
  • flexible days and shifts
  • available at least one weekend day
  • 15-25 hours per week
  • above award rates

We will provide you with training and support to help you succeed in this role. This position is NOT a Christmas casual position and will continue beyond the busy period. we are looking for an Immediate start date.
