Your role
The Centre Finance & Administration Manager is an integral role within the management team of a correctional operational area. The role is responsible for managing a diverse range of financial and administrative services, ensuring provision of high-level advice and services to deliver business operations to agreed standards.
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in financial management
- Supervisory or management experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to meet business objectives
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to undertake a range of financial and administrative services in line with best practice, policy and legislation
Essential Requirements
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel with NSW
- Working with Childrens check for paid employment ( applicants cost )
