About the Role
Lead a high-performing sales team at Daimler Trucks Brisbane. You'll manage the sales department, drive market share, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating closely with Service and Parts teams. Represent globally trusted brands – Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso – and implement strategies that boost sales volume and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and guide sales consultants to achieve KPIs and deliver results
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Oversee end-to-end vehicle deliveries and customer communication
- Champion safety leadership and compliance with WHS standards

About You
- Proven leadership experience in a truck sales-focused role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with P&L budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, and dealer management systems
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
