About the role

We are looking for a office based roofing maintenance coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and professional handling of maintenance requests, warranty issues, and site inspections, while maintaining strong relationships with builders and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management:
  • Action builder emails including call-ups and general enquiries related to maintenance and flashing installations.
  • Warranty & Leak Requests:
  • Respond to leak and warranty request emails and schedule inspections.
  • Defect List Coordination:
  • Book site inspections based on defect lists provided by builders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Daily Builder Communication:
  • Notify builders when installations cannot be completed in full or require a return visit, providing clear and timely updates.
  • Repair Quoting:
  • Prepare and send quotes for repair work requested by builders or their end clients.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in construction or roofing industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in email management and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to interpret site plans and defect lists is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of metal roofing systems and flashing installation preferred
