We're now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Sydney.

The Role

In this leadership role, you'll take ownership of site preparation projects. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing teams, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

You'll work closely with site teams and senior leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute complex demolition and hazardous materials removal works across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of demolition and remediation projects — planning, scheduling, and delivery
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and engineers to meet project objectives
  • Ensure all works comply with WHS and environmental standards
  • Prepare project documentation
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and safety leadership

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in demolition or construction project management
  • Proven success managing large-scale or complex projects
  • Skilled in contract management and strong knowledge of WHS legislation, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Computer literate
