An incredible opportunity is now available to join the team at Heritage House childcare. Our service at Wahroonga has the opportunity, for a Nominated Supervisor/Centre manager, to join our team. This is an opportunity which doesn't come often and we are exited to welcome a new team member to the family.

The Role:
- Manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures and targets
- Undertake a Nominated Supervisor role
- Develop a positive and engaging community presence
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff and students as needed
- Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff
- Manage rosters & attendance
- Induct and support new team members
- Implement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rate
- Ensure centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation and National Quality Standards
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards
Required experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the role (preferred)
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Hold a Diploma in Children Services
- A current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection.
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
- Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program
- Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector
- Team player
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task
