Junior School Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior School Teacher to join our vibrant Junior School team. This role is an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture students in Prep to Year 6 within a collaborative and forward-thinking learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
• Differentiate teaching to support the diverse learning needs and strengths of students
• Monitor, assess, and report on student learning and wellbeing progress
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

What you bring to the role:

• Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• A genuine passion for working with Junior School students and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment, and contemporary pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students and families
• A collaborative mindset, with the capacity to work as part of a dynamic teaching team
• A commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice
• Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices including reporting requirements
