Reception Staff Member

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to commence in a role with a large recreation facility that is based on the Sunshine Coast.
As a key front-line team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the Precinct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service by providing accurate information and promoting the Precinct's offerings
- Assist with enquiries and bookings related to the Leisure Centre
- Manage incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take clear, accurate messages
- Respond to public enquiries or refer them to the relevant department
- Perform administrative and reception duties, including point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain financial records and process transactions accurately
- Support the Venue Services Coordinator with client bookings and requests
About You:
- A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Previous administrative experience, ideally with knowledge of Kx booking systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Additional role details:
- AO3 Casual, 30-38 hours per week
Afternoon / evening hours, spanning between 12pm and 9pm
Monday to Sunday, as required
