As a member of our Guest Services team you will be responsible for welcoming our members and visitors and ensuring all guests receive outstanding hospitality on arrival and departure.

Duties
- Bookings (Restaurant/Bus/Functions) management
- Ensuring guests receive a warm greeting and Club entry information
- Promoting Club services and products
- Efficient data entry particularly with the use of Microsoft Office.
- Cashier shifts processing transactions in our gaming room

The position is Casual (20-30 hours per week) and applicants must be available days, nights and weekends over a 7 day roster.
- A "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail & great customer service skills
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
- High level interpersonal skills
- RSA and RSG certification ( or ability to obtain)
- Experience working in as a receptionist or gaming attendant within the Hospitality industry is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
