Hiring for SAP Basis Admin in Sydney.Position- PermanentLocation- SydneyExperience- 7+ yearsJob Title: SAP Basis AdministratorYears of Experience:7- 10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator with solid hands on experience in SAP technologies and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and IT Service Management processes, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improving system performance. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the stability and operability of SAP applications.Responsibilities:Manage and administer SAP technologies including SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Mediation.Oversee cloud operations for large scale application systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Implement ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Event Management, and Change Request Management.Develop technical documentation including Knowledge Base Articles, Wiki pages, and Root Cause Analysis reports.Automate monitoring and operational workflows to enhance efficiency.Lead architecture decisions and process improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and performance.Establish strong relationships with Domain Leads in Application areas to influence product supportability and operability.Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing application related outages.Collaborate with Product Development teams on roadmap planning, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.Provide expert troubleshooting support for complex issues in a timely manner.Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in SAP Basis Administration (preferably with SAP certification in NW or S/4HANA).Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver and Non NetWeaver applications.Experience in performance tuning and high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) concepts.Familiarity with update/upgrade, migration, and conversion processes for SAP systems.Extensive experience in Cloud Physics, particularly in large scale application management.Solid understanding of ITIL4 and IT Service Management processes.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of hyperscale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with Cloud Provisioning in cloud environments.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Positive, proactive, and customer focused attitude.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis administration and cloud operations.Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.Interested candidates can apply or share updated CV on or can reach me on < >RegardsPurnima
