What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and operational targets.
  • Develop and execute store plans that align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Build a customer-centric culture where every team member is empowered to deliver great service.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations – from inventory management to visual merchandising.
  • Coach and develop future leaders through structured training and on-the-job mentoring.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure your store is a high-performing, positive place to work.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in specialty retail or high-volume sales environments, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting.
