What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 30+ to deliver outstanding results and customer experiences.
  • Drive sales, service, and operational performance to achieve store KPIs and growth targets.
  • Analyse store performance, product mix, and customer insights to make smart commercial decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional merchandising standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop future leaders by building strong succession plans and providing on-the-job coaching.
  • Partner with community, trade, and business stakeholders to build the rebel brand locally.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven retail leadership experience (specialty or high-volume), ideally managing teams of 20+.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales and operational KPIs.
  • The ability to build, motivate, and hold a team accountable while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in analysing financials to drive profitable outcomes.
  • A passion for sport, active living, and delivering customer-first experiences.
