Join Our Team – Medical Receptionist & Endoscopy Booking Officer

Southside Endoscopy Centre & Brisbane Endoscopy Services are on the lookout for a friendly, detail-driven Medical Receptionist & Endoscopy Booking Officer to join our fast-paced day hospitals in Springwood and Sunnybank. This is a full-time role Monday–Friday, (initial contract of 6 months, with the view to extend at the end of the contract). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, attention to detail, patient care, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and support patients throughout their journey - admissions and discharging of patients
  • Manage bookings and admin for endoscopy, colonoscopy and consult appointments
  • Hospital and doctor billing (Medicare, DVA, private health)
  • Prepare patient documentation for hospital admissions
  • Support our clinical team and ensure a smooth daily workflow

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced in medical administration with strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communicator with a sharp eye for detail
  • Calm under pressure, organised, and eager to learn
  • Available for shifts between 8 am and 4 pm (Mon–Fri) with one early shift of 6 am - 2 pm (once trained)
